Last week Jo, Charlotte, Joe and Steve from LJS Aviation attended the 2023 Aeroxchange Conference in California as Platinum Sponsors.

Arriving on Saturday evening after a long flight, the team enjoyed a quick meal in the bar and settled down for the night in preparation for a few busy days of networking.
On Sunday, the group had a day off allowing them to explore the local scenery, including walking along the Pier at Manhattan beach, this was then followed by a lovely dinner in the area. On the return back to the resort a stunning sunset appeared which you will also be able to admire in the images below.
Thankfully we managed to get pictures of this as it was the last stunning sunset we would see that week.
On the Monday, it was time to start setting up the tabletop stand and set out all our new merchandise which included our yoyo’s, popular LJS peppermints, phone stands, along with other various items which are still available.
The conference began on Tuesday, with the team ready to go at stand 4. Jo, Charlotte, Joe and Steve had a very successful day of networking and had many conversations with various airlines and suppliers discussing how we can all move forward working together in 2023. It was great to be able to showcase the services LJS offer, from evacuation slides, repair management assistance, logistics and many more.
In the evening, the weather took a turn, which meant it was time for Joe to put away his shorts as the sun was no longer shining. The first event of the week was moved inside where the team had a fun casino night and joined in the celebrations as people cleaned up on the blackjack and roulette tables.
Wednesday was the second day of the conference, and the team were back at the tabletop where they spent the day networking and enjoying the variety of conference presentations on offer. In the evening attendees were treated to a final dinner and a disco which was held inside due to the unpredictable weather.
Thursday was the final day, which meant it was time to pack everything up for shipping back to the office before making our own way home to better weather and jetlag.
Charlotte Moore, Managing Director, was attending the Aeroxchange Conference for the first time and was very impressed with the event, saying:
